The award recognizes Bureau Veritas’ efforts to achieve clarity and transparency on its corporate website and especially in the Investor Relations section.
The Group has also been ranked fifth in the Top 20 most transparent companies.
This year, 125 companies were audited using 289 clarity and transparency criteria from three public information sources: the Universal Registration Document, the meeting notice for the annual shareholders’ meeting and the website.
The Transparency Awards have been measuring and rewarding the quality of information provided by French companies for the past 14 years. The objective is to enable issuers to measure their performance in terms of transparency each year and to identify best practices in order to set them up as true standards in the marketplace.
